Job responsibilities

  • Planning and execution of the activations and visibility programs in order to develop our brands in our main on trade channels: restaurants, night clubs, high energy, hotels and beach clubs.
  • Budget management for the channel according to each project and strategy, A&P invoices follow up.
  • Coordinate agencies to implement the plan according to our calendar.
  • Accounts segmentation follow up: High image accounts and flagships focus.
  • Point of sales material needs follow up: regional distribution and local development.
  • Monthly update of the activations and visibility calendar
  • Support the on trade channel in all the needs beside our annual plans in order to generate new businesses.
  • Give them the basic tools to negotiate and make our brands shine in our main accounts.

Profile

  • Experience in Trade Marketing or sales. (On trade channel preferred )
  • Luxury background (preferred)
  • Fluent (English & Spanish)
  • PR management
  • A&P management
  • Team work and leadership strong experience
  • Commercial skills from negotiation, client development to sales conversion.
  • Management and execution of client engagement activities such as events.
  • Solution-oriented with a sense of achieving goals with/through people.
  • P&L understanding as well as budget management.
  • Excellent professional presentation/communication skills, strong social skills
  • Ability to reach out, entertain and grow fruitful business relationships
  • Pro-active behaviour, positive attitude, diplomacy, high energy and charisma
  • Task orientation and focus, sense of organization and priorities
  • Strategic thinking, creative and innovative
