Job responsibilities

As part of the Global Talent Team, you will support the delivery of talent management and development initiatives across Moët Hennessy. You will work on global projects spanning career development, performance management and talent engagement, in close collaboration with HR teams across Maisons and Regions.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to global Talent processes, project management, communications and people analytics in a fast-paced international environment.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Career Development

• Support LVMH Career Compass initiatives, development sessions and networking events.
• Coordinate participant journeys, logistics, communications, materials and follow-up.
• Contribute to career development and talent initiatives across Moët Hennessy.

Performance Management

• Support the annual and mid-year RISE campaigns.
• Prepare communications, guidance materials, presentations and reporting.

Talent Engagement & Community

• Prepare presentations, dashboards and materials for talent rooms.
• Support VIE and other global talent initiatives.
• Animate the MH Talent Champions community and create engaging toolkits and communications.
• Contribute to benchmarking and sharing talent development best practices.

Project Coordination & Analytics

• Maintain project plans, trackers, SharePoint resources and reporting.
• Consolidate data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery.

Profile

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Management, People Development, Organizational Development and Employee Experience.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with data; advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot skills required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Proactive, curious and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential & sensitive information.
