[Make Up For Ever] E-Commerce Specialist

Job responsibilities

• Manage the whole of process to operate online promotions
• Responsible for consumer’s orders and logistic by vendors
• Establish strategies to minimize out of stock and item to carry the most optimized stock level by having the ownership of all e-commerce channel’s inventory
• Closely work with web maintenance agency and lead the related internal/external functions for problem solutions
• Communicate new launch and brand information with e-retailers.
• Analyze e-business channels performance regularly by using sales tools
• Review the forecasting Yearly / Monthly / Weekly for eCom
• Work closely with the warehouse& CS and PMs to drive overall e-retail sales.
• Administrative support for on demand if necessary
• Update new products and related contents in accordance with each e-retailer’s system with assistance from agency.
• Create Products detail page for new launch and communicate with PM
• Plan and Operate Live commerce contents with e-retailer and internal parts.
• Operate and Manage E-retail

Profile

• At least 5+ years of online experience in the cosmetic and FMCG industry
• Self-motivation and readiness to coordinate events involving others
• Ability to handle multitude of projects and issues at one time
• Good understanding of e-business environment.
• Active and sociable personality
• Excellent MS-OFFICE skill
• Team work
• Good written & spoken English
• University degree or above
