HRオペレーションアシスタント

• 障がいのある方の採用を想定しています
• 雇用形態:　契約社員（初回契約期間3ヵ月、契約更新の可能性:あり。原則、長期に働いていただくことを想定しての採用です

Job responsibilities

人事総務関連業務のサポートに従事いただくお仕事です。

• 外部からの郵便物・宅急便および社内便の受領や仕訳、発送サポート
• データチェックや入力作業（簡単なデータ作成も有り）
• システムへのシフト入力
• 文書スキャン
• 書類の作成及び発送
• ファイリング　他

Profile

＜必要なご経験・スキル等＞
・ オフィスで、パソコンを用いてお仕事をされたご経験
・ 障害者手帳を保持されていて、ご提出が可能なこと

＜あれば尚良いご経験・スキル＞

・企業の人事部・総務部でのご就業経験がある方

・下記のレベルでの、エクセル/ ワード/ パワーポイント/ Outlookの実務経験（一部でも可） 

• • Microsoft Word（入力、差し込み印刷）
  • Microsoft Excel（入力、SUM/ IF/ AVERAGE関数）
  • Microsoft Outlook

• 勤務場所:　PCDと同じで、東京都千代田区平河町2-1-1住友不動産平河町ビルとなります。ご担当いただく職務上、在宅勤務は対象外とさせていただきます。
• 勤務時間:　9:30～18:00（休憩1時間／実働7.5時間）

 

• 施設状況:　出入口段差＞無、出入口ドア＞有人、エレベーター＞有、階段手すり＞有、トイレ＞洋式、車椅子移動スペース＞無　*左記の他、必要な合理的配慮についてはお申し出ください。
