Position

Vous rejoignez la Direction Qualité et Règlementaire de Parfums Christian Dior, dans le cadre d'une mission de remplacement de 6 mois.

L(a) Chargé(e) affaires réglementaires aura comme responsabilités de garantir la conformité réglementaire internationale des produits de son portefeuille en tenant compte des contraintes opérationnelles (planning, industrielle notamment), business et stratégie de la marque.

 

Job responsibilities

Les missions principales sont :

 

Lancements

Assurer la conformité réglementaire de son portefeuille produits ainsi que la validation de la communication

  • Analyse concepts et briefs
  • Anticipation des contraintes réglementaires en identifiant les différentes options et recommandations
  • Edition et validation des listings
  • Validation des étiquetages et communication produits (allégations et autres mentions réglementaires)
  • Contribuer au succès des enregistrements à l’international en garantissant la mise à disposition des informations spécifiques dans le timing défini.

Stratégie

 

  • Participation à la mise en conformité du portefeuille lors d’évolutions réglementaires

Développer

  • Développer et sensibiliser les équipes internes sur les enjeux réglementaires
  • Contribuer aux inspections afin de garantir leur succès
  • Collaboration avec les équipes marketing, planning, LVMH recherche et filiales à l’international notamment

Profile

Pré requis

  • Forte appétence pour la veille concurrentielle, innovation et claims
  • 3 années d'expérience sur des fonctions similaires.
  • Ingénieur ou Bac + 5 équivalent
