Job responsibilities

Basé à Paris, l'Assistant Chef de Projet IT sera sous la responsabilité du Chef de Projet IT Transverse. Vous rejoindrez l'équipe Infrastructure en charge des différents départements : Cloud & Système, Réseau, Digital Workplace, Opérations.

En tant qu' Assistant(e) Chef de Projet, vous soutiendrez les projets d'infrastructure IT mais aussi les projets transversaux qui peuvent impliquer tous les domaines d'activité de l'entreprise (fabrication, livraison, vente au détail, eCom, CRM, service client, finance).

Au sein du département IT de RIMOWA & en collaboration avec le Chef de Projet IT Transverse, vous garantirez la gouvernance des projets au sein de l'équipe Infrastructure (préparation et animation du Comité de Pilotage, préparation de la planification et revue du portefeuille). Vous piloterez les projets IT du cadrage à la livraison en formalisant les besoins métiers et leurs réponses en termes de solutions IT. Vous serez l'animateur entre toutes les parties prenantes du projet.

Vous travaillerez dans un contexte international articulé autour de trois régions principales : l'Europe, l'Asie et l'Amérique du Nord.

• • Encadrer et animer la communauté Infrastructure dédiée aux activités Retail Infrastructure
  • Soutenir le Chef de Projet IT Transverse dans la formalisation des processus IT
  • Lancer et coordonner les différentes activités nécessaires à la réalisation des projets qui vous sont confiés
  • Préparer tous les livrables attendus (spécifications fonctionnelles, cahier de recette, etc.)
  • Soutenir la Méthodologie Projet au sein de l'équipe Infrastructure (animation, suivi, documentation)
  • Fournir le feedback nécessaire sur tous les projets afin d'améliorer le contenu de la gestion de projet

Based in our HQ in Paris, the IT Project Manager - Apprentice will be under the responsibility of the IT Transversal project manager. You will join the Infrastructure Team in charge of the different department: Cloud & System, Network, Digital Workplace, Operations.

As Project Manager, you will support IT infrastructure projects but also cross-organizational projects that may involve all business areas of the company (manufacturing, delivery, retail, eCom, CRM, customer care, finance).

Within the RIMOWA IT department & in collaboration with the IT Transversal Project Manager, you will guarantee the project governance within Infrastructure Team (Steering Committee preparation & animation, planning preparation & portfolio review). You will lead IT projects from the framing to the delivery by formalizing the business needs and their answers in terms of IT solutions. You will be animator between all stakeholders of the project.

You will work in an international context revolving around three main regions: Europe, Asia and North America

• Frame & animate the Infrastructure community dedicated to Infrastructure Retail activities
• Support the IT Transversal project Manager with the formalization of IT processes
• Launch and coordinate the various activities required to complete the projects assigned to you
• Prepare all expected deliverables (functional specifications, acceptance booklet, etc.)
• Support the Project Methodology within the Infrastructure Team (animation, follow-up, documentation)
• Providing of the necessary feedback on all projects that is needed to improve the content of project management

Profile

• En Master avec une spécialisation en gestion de projet informatique (école de commerce ou d'ingénieur)
• Forte orientation informatique, idéalement dans le secteur de la distribution et du luxe
• Première(s) expérience(s) dans la gestion de projets informatiques
• Capacité à animer des réunions
• Excellentes compétences en communication (écrites et orales)
• Bon niveau pour les outils Office 365 : World, PowerPoint & Excel
• Dynamique, avec de fortes aptitudes interpersonnelles
• Anglais et français courants exigés, l'allemand est un plus.

 

• In Master Degree with IT project Management specialization (Business or Engineering school)
• Strong IT focus, ideally in the retail/luxury sector
• First experience(s) in IT project Management
• Ability to lead meetings
• Strong communication skills (written & spoken)
• Good level for Office 365 tools: World, PowerPoint & Excel
• Dynamic, with strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent English and French required, German advantageous
