 À PROPOS DU POSTE

 Rattaché(e) au Juriste IT, Digital & DPO, vous participerez à l'accompagnement juridique des activités technologiques et digitales de RIMOWA ainsi qu'aux sujets de conformité en matière de protection des données personnelles. En interaction avec les équipes métiers, vous contribuerez à la mise en conformité de projets variés dans un environnement à la fois opérationnel et international.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

 Vos missions comprendront notamment :

• Gestion et mise à jour du registre des activités de traitement, en lien avec les équipes internes.
• Traitement et suivi des demandes d'exercice des droits des personnes concernées.
• Contribution à la rédaction et à la revue de documents tels que les politiques de confidentialité, les mentions d'information et autres documents juridiques, ainsi qu'une initiation à la revue et à la négociation d'une variété de contrats, notamment les accords de protection des données personnelles et différents contrats informatiques.
• Accompagnement des équipes internes dans la mise en conformité des traitements de données personnelles, notamment en matière de privacy by design et de réalisation d'analyses d'impact.
• Support juridique aux projets digitaux et technologiques, contribuant à leur mise en conformité avec l'environnement réglementaire du droit du numérique.
• Suivi de l'actualité réglementaire et jurisprudentielle.
• Animation et participation à des actions de sensibilisation et formation auprès des équipes internes.
• Sujets transverses relevant du périmètre IT, Digital et protection des données personnelles.

PROFIL RECHERCHE

• Formation : Master 2 en droit du numérique, droit des données personnelles, droit des nouvelles technologies ou élève-avocat.
• Connaissances solides du RGPD et des problématiques de conformité.
• Bonne compréhension du droit des contrats informatiques et des technologies.
• Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles, d'analyse juridique et de synthèse.
• Anglais professionnel (écrit et oral) indispensable ; une autre langue est un atout.
• Sens de la rigueur, autonomie, confidentialité et proactivité.
• Le stage est à pourvoir en Janvier 2027 pour une durée de 6 mois, à Paris.

ABOUT THE POSITION

 Reporting to the Legal Counsel IT, Digital & DPO, you will take part in the legal support of RIMOWA's technology and digital activities, as well as in compliance matters relating to personal data protection. Working alongside business teams, you will contribute to the compliance of a wide range of projects in an operational and international environment.

MAIN MISSIONS

 Your missions will include:

• Management and updating of the record of processing activities, in coordination with internal teams.
• Processing and monitoring of data subject rights requests.
• Contribution to the drafting and review of documents such as privacy policies, information notices and other legal documents, along with introductory experience in the review and negotiation of a variety of contracts, including data processing agreements and various IT contracts.
• Support for internal teams in ensuring compliance with personal data processing requirements, in particular with regard to privacy by design and impact assessments.
• Legal support to digital and technology projects, contributing to their compliance with the regulatory environment of digital law.
• Monitoring of regulatory and case-law developments.
• Leading and participating in awareness and training activities for internal teams.
• Cross-functional matters within the IT, Digital and data protection scope.

PROFILE SOUGHT

• Education: Master 2 in Digital Law, Data Protection Law, New Technologies Law, or student at a law school (trainee lawyer).
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and compliance-related matters.
• Good understanding of IT contract law and technologies.
• Excellent writing, legal analysis and synthesis skills.
• Professional English (written and spoken) required; another language is a plus.
• Rigour, autonomy, confidentiality and proactivity.
• The internship is to be filled in January 2027 for a duration of 6 months, in Paris.
