  • Gather, review, and maintain evidence and documentation required to support enforcement and legal proceedings.
  • Partner with local counsel on litigation and other legal actions where required, considering the different legal and enforcement frameworks across APAC markets.
  • Support customs records and deliver training to customs and enforcement authorities to strengthen identification and interception of counterfeit RIMOWA products.

Regional IP & Risk Management

  • Support the protection and enforcement of RIMOWA’s trademarks, designs, and other intellectual property rights across APAC.
  • Identify regional brand protection risks and provide practical recommendations to the business on appropriate mitigation and enforcement strategies.
  • Stay informed of developments in IP legislation, enforcement practices, e-commerce, and counterfeiting trends across key APAC markets.

A design classic was born. With the same ingenuity and courage as his father and grandfather, third generation owner Dieter Morszeck paved the way for RIMOWA’s global success. Thanks to his focus on state-of-the-art technology, uncompromising quality and timeless design, RIMOWA suitcases have become the global companion of choice for a sophisticated clientele.
