IHRE MISSION

Als Accountant / Debitorenbuchhalter (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine wichtige Rolle innerhalb unseres Finance Teams. An unserem Standort in Oberursel erwartet Sie ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Innovation und Exzellenz Hand in Hand mit Teamgeist und Kreativität gehen. In dieser Position berichten Sie direkt an den Accounting Manager, die Stelle ist als Elternzeitvertretung auf 18 Monate befristet.

 

Job responsibilities

IHRE AUFGABEN

 

  • Verbuchung und Überwachung eingehender Kundenzahlungen anhand von Kontoauszügen im SAP-System
  • Abstimmung und Pflege von Bankkonten sowie Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Kontoführung
  • Durchführung des Mahnwesens sowie Überwachung offener Forderungen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Lastschrifteinzügen für Kunden mit SEPA-Lastschriftmandat
  • Überwachung und Verwaltung von Kreditlimits sowie Durchführung von Bonitätsprüfungen
  • Laufende Analyse und Überwachung der Kundenliquidität zur Minimierung von Ausfallrisiken
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Kassenabrechnungen
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Kreditkartenabrechnungen
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Boutiquen in allen buchhalterischen Fragestellungen
  • Vertretung im Bereich Kreditorenbuchhaltung während Urlaubs- und Abwesenheitszeiten
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erstellung und Übermittlung der monatlichen Intrastat-Meldungen
  • Erstellung der Zusammenfassenden Meldungen (ZM) für innergemeinschaftliche Lieferungen und Leistungen (EU Sales Lists)

Profile

    • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP ist zwingend erforderlich
    • Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und sind routiniert im Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
    • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
    • Absolute Vertrauenswürdigkeit, ein hohes Maß an Engagement sowie eine strukturierte, effiziente und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus
    • Idealerweise verfügen Sie bereits über erste Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen und haben ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an buchhalterischen Prozessen und Zusammenhängen
