Job Summary

We are seeking a cross-functional business partner to work closely with Greater China team and to provide solid financial partnership in financial planning, budget, cost control and investment evaluations, etc.


Key work responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Business Partnering: to provide financial input and decision support to commercial team through financial steering and planning, performance tracking, business analysis, budgeting and performance management.
  • Perform financial analysis on variance vs historical and forecast, provide insightful comments, cost tracking and periodical reporting.
  • To coordinate in Marketing/Operation calendar by market by store for topline forecast and spend management improvement. To enhance OPEX management with cost control and ROI mindset, especially for Marketing Budget and Retail Expenses.
  • To provide financial support in store projects (open, closure, renovation, relocation, as well as rent negotiations), providing insightful advice to leaders.
  • Drive data-driven insights through visualization tools to simplify complex financial information for cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in major of Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
  • Over 10 years’ experience in BPC/FP&A function, Retail, FMCG and Fashion industry preferred. Prior work experience in one of the BIG 4 audit firm is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, result-oriented, open-minded, proactive in initiatives are required.
  • Good inter-personal skills, team player, able to communicate and work with multi functions and stakeholders in local and global.
  • Good time management and able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PPT; experience with ERP systems (SAP) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
