Job Description
Product Loan Logistics management and Coordination:

  • Coordinate daily product loan logistic arrangements for media and celebrity use, in compliance with company security policy
  • Event based celebrity, management, and special guests dressing arrangements

Report and Administrative Support:

  • Leverage DMR system to monitor and update press clippings reports.
  • Compile campaign or event related PR activity reports for the team.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and processing invoices.

Skills & Competencies

  • Previous luxury or fashion intern experience will be preferred
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills
  • A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of public relations.
  • Collaborative spirit and a positive, can-do attitude.
