Position

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide high-level client service through multi-channels, mainly Phone call and Video Call.

· Be responsible for taking and following up of client repair until a repair service is complete.

· Be equipped with client service techniques and product repair knowledge

· Achieve KPIs set by the organization (e.g. responsive lead time for client repair request, correctness of Preliminary Assessment including quotation and repair instructions, positive client feedback, etc.)

· Drive and achieve personal and team goals


KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES

· College degree or above

· Preferred 3 years of working experience in customer service, retail sales, aftersales or other customer service fields

· Standard Mandarin, basic written and oral English communication skills

· Proactive client excellence awareness and service skills are necessary

· Projects management experience is a plus

· Good at teamwork, with commercial mindset and can work under pressure
