职位概述:

  • 关注客户的售后需求，并在整个客户服务过程中通过卓越的服务实现客户满意度的提升
  • 确保接待的整体准备情况并管理所有行政要求


职位描述:

1. 客户接待及服务:

  • 欢迎并处理客户的售后要求
  • 评估维修要求并准确地告知客户
  • 以热情和真诚的方式接受和处理客户的反馈
  • 梳理客户对保修范围之外的损坏的期望及要求
  • 提供或建议符合品牌准则的替代方案或解决方案
  • 与内部各方协调，管理客户的意见和投诉，提供高质量的支持和解决方案
  • 尽可能分享产品信息和品牌更新


2. 日常营运:

  • 确保数据录入、维修记录归档、开票和交易100%准确
  • 处理顾客通过电话, 企业微信及电子邮件查询，并就询问信息（例如营业时间, 服务文件及应对话术）提供建议
  • 联系客户确认维修价格，安排送货和更新维修状态
  • 协助安排或安排技术员的工作分配
  • 确保接待区域的干净整洁


3. 售后跟进:

  • 确保及时跟进客户
  • 确保已完成的维修件被安排在指定的收集点，包括商店转运


4. 团队合作:

  • 为团队成员提供支持和帮助，以实现最大的效率和生产力
  • 成为团队合作者并致力于持续改进


职位要求:

  • 以客户需求为中心，服务提升为导向，具有出色的沟通技巧
  • 有上进心，注重细节，积极主动，能够独立工作
  • 处理复杂的客户情况并解决它们，使客户和公司满意
  • 较好的沟通能力及亲和力
