Employee on-board and leave logistic arrangement

Store vendors/contracts management

Store facilities maintenance

Translating documents

Business travel arrangement

Internal audit support

Internal store cost control

Landlord communication

Basic Finance job support

Store petty cash management

Expense claim

Invoice control

Bank related operation

Reports handling

HR related reports

Finance related report

Requirements:

-Fluent in English both written and oral

-Good interpersonal and computer skills in Excel and Power Point

-Strong planning and organizational skills

-Attention to details
