Position
Manage 3rd party logistics companies to sustain the business growth of LV China
-Based on the LV logistics processes and business needs, effectively manage broker/forwarding company/import agency to achieve the target by multiple means: Risk assessment, flexible solution, creative design etc...
Ensure the smoothness of daily import/export operation and service quality
-Closely monitor each node of the logistics process from order creation, shipment departure, customs declaration until arrival at LVC warehouses to ensure that the lead time and service quality are respected at all time
-Effectively communicate between different parties: broker, forwarder, shipper, customers
-Timely apply the import duty payment
- Proactively follow up the special case with fully verified solutions
Import and export documentation management
-Verify declaration data and original import documents, hand over to Finance after each importation.
-Work with broker to apply for the import license of CITES/CO. Manage the CITES card with retail team
-Strictly control all certifications and process fulfill AEO policy
Manage the monthly Report and Billing
-Review the import/export data and performance, complete the monthly Logistics report.
-Monitor the cost billing of vendor to meet company goal and guideline
HS code management
-Timely conduct product training to broker and ensure the HS classification
-HS Code database verifying on regular basis to ensure accuracy and consistency Project management
-Temporary import and export: ATA, TIB
-Events: store opening, SR & High Jewelry events.
-Customs AA class maintain
