Supply Chain Excellence Project Engineer

Position

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION

Lead and coordinate supply chain cross-functional projects from concept to close. This role aligns cross functional teams—Brands, Beauty Tech, Planning, Warehouse, and other business stakeholders—around shared goals and timelines. Responsibilities include monitoring overall project status, identifying risks and ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery, while continuously improving workflows for high efficiency on future projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES OF THIS POSITION

1. Project Planning & Initiation

• Align project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Develop integrated project schedules that reflect input from all relevant functions
• Establish clear roles and responsibilities for each function involved in the project.

2. Execution & Monitoring

• Track and monitor project progress against schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Identify deviations early and take corrective actions when needed.
• Identify potential risks at each stage of the project and develop mitigation plans.
• Maintain a clear log of open issues, owners, and resolution timelines.
• Define, track and report on Key performance indicators and milestones
• Create dashboards and analytical reports to provide visibility into project performance
• Communicate and coordinate with related parties and ensure transparency on project status, changes, and decisions
• Lead regular project meetings to review status, issues, and drive decisions.

3. Project Closeout & Continuous Improvement

• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.
• Document workflows, handover procedures, and communication protocols that worked well.
• Provide recommendations for improving cross-functional collaboration and project execution on future initiatives.

PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3years project management experience in supply chain, operations, or related function.

Technical skills

• Basic knowledge of systems like ERP/WMS/OMS or other supply chain related systems
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI/ Tableau

Language skills

• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
