Position

Job Description

  1. Handle full range of company secretarial matters and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for our group companies incorporated in APAC (including handling statutory filings such as annual returns and notifications of changes).
  2. Prepare board minutes and resolutions.
  3. Update and maintain corporate data (physically and electronically) and corporate filing system.
  4. Liaise with different internal business units and external filing agents in APAC.
  5. Advise business units / management on statutory duties and corporate governance best practices
  6. Assist in ad hoc corporate projects.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Company Secretarial programmes, corporate compliance or related disciplines.
  • A chartered company secretary and a member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI).
  • Between 5-7 years of experience as a company secretarial officer in Hong Kong (APAC regional experience is a plus), preferably gaining from sizable multinational companies.
  • Highly organized, accurate, detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, committed, able to work independently with multi-tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
