作为宝格丽顾客服务大使，你将是奢华顾客体验的缔造者，通过灵活运用各种平台与顾客在各个渠道上的互动来加强顾客对品牌和产品的认识、渴望与喜爱，并持续跟进顾客需求为其提供解决方案。同时，宝格丽顾客服务团队将给予你展示自己成为你的顾客中的KOL的机会。

 

你将：

  • 使用品牌标准及时处理与跟进各个渠道上的顾客咨询与需求，确保顾客满意度
  • 作为熟知宝格丽产品、政策和流程的专家，建立和维护与顾客之间的长期关系，以达成销售目标
  • 处理顾客的投诉
  • 顾客的案例信息和相关数据的录入与维护
  • 在工作需要时与其他同事进行内部沟通与合作
  • 参与到流程优化中，提出对于流程方面的反馈意见与建议

 

我们期待你：

  • 学历大专及以上
  • 喜欢与人沟通互动并有和顾客直接沟通以帮助顾客做出购买决策的工作经历——线下实体店销售人员的经验或者在以销售为导向的顾客服务中心的工作经验将为你加分
  • 拥有抗压能力和安抚顾客情绪的能力
  • 喜欢新事物，积极拥抱变化与创新
