作为一名Team Manager，您的职责如下:
高端产品销售:
协同总部商品部门，经常更新高端产品目录和相关信息
提高高端产品销售在全店销售业绩的比重。
使用贵宾沙龙展示高端产品
开发新客人:
和销售团队确定有潜力的客人
协同完成客户关系活动
充分利用现有贵宾客人的朋友圈，社交网络，市场和竞争对手的信息
通过杂志和社交活动，更新当地高端场所的联系目录
熟知当地新开SPA，餐厅，酒店和展会的信息
进一步提升现有贵宾客人:
帮助销售团队，通过特别的个性服务和活动，提高现有贵宾客人或者潜在宾客的忠诚度通过介绍不同产品品类，店内活动提高客人的销费额。这也可以通过在客人生日，纪念日，圣诞节，孩子生日等特别场合提出的交叉销售等建议留住贵宾客人建立一套完善的跟踪系统，利用Dream的客户记录本管理好联系频率和方式方法尽量满足贵宾客人提出的特别需要，提供出色的服务
确保高质量的售后服务(腕表服务，珠宝清洗和个性化订制)
有效制定和管理客户关系活动预算
