Retail Training Supervisor

Position

Responsibilities

- Take the ownership of on boarding learning program

- Plan and organize induction training based on retail newcomers’ quantities or/and front line’s request.

- Regular update on boarding instore learning checklist, CELINE Academy digital learning and induction training content according to HQ guidelines and local business needs.

- Co-work with area retail training in chargers to follow up newcomers’ behavior change after induction training.

- Support Mainland China east region and outlet stores’ business, especially

- Enhance store service through different training solutions and on-floor coaching.

- Partner with Retail Managers to identify regional training needs and implement accordingly.  

- lnitial and conduct retail KPI improvement training and follow up with key front-line staff.

- Collaborate with central and local training teams

-  Work together with local training teams to conduct different training programs including but not limited to collection/product training, soft skills training, Clienteling training, etc.

-   Work closely with central training teams to co-create, conduct and feedback on learning initiatives.

-   Support head of retail training to analysis CELINE LEARNING APP result monthly.

- Support diverse essential Clienteling events as a role model and business partner

- Be a presenter and co-work with retail and Clienteling team to engage with our clients.

- Provide feedback/coaching to improve sales team’s selling and Clienteling skill based on on-site observation

- Participate in the administrative and reporting part.

- Participate in training planning and logistics.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree and above

- Highly motivated, initiative, proactive and mature

- Excellent communication, influence and organization capability

- Proven ability to build strong collaborative relationships up/down/peers

- Stronger understanding of branding and customer experience

- Around 5 years’ relevant experience, namely in retail training

- Fluent in English
