CRM Specialist (Contractor)

Position

Responsibilities:

* Support day-to-day CRM operations across CRM data, reporting and clienteling activities, ensuring accurate and timely execution.

* Handle routine CRM data processing, consolidation and reporting, with the ability to understand key metrics, analysis logic and business implications.

* Support the execution of clienteling initiatives and CRM tools, including coordination with retail teams and relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear information flow and timely follow-up.

* Independently manage selected project deliverables, including assets, content, translation and communication.

* Respond to ad hoc CRM requests, quickly understanding business needs and translating them into effective execution.

* Work closely with the CRM team on other operational and project-based activities as required.

Skills and abilities required:

* Previous experience in CRM or a related field; luxury, fashion or retail experience is a plus.

* Hands-on experience with CRM data processing and reporting is required. Strong Excel and data-handling skills; comfortable working with routine datasets and reports.

* Good understanding of CRM fundamentals and customer/client data, with the ability to connect data and execution with business objectives.

* Strong learning agility, with the ability to quickly understand new CRM tools, processes and methodologies and apply them independently.

* Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Proactive and responsible, with strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

* Good command of written and spoken English, with the confidence to communicate directly with regional/global teams.
