管理品牌店铺的销售工作，促进团队协作以达到店铺销售目标
正确执行当月的市场活动
收集竞争对手的活动资料定期反馈给主管
客户服务
积极主动提供客户咨询服务
做好售后服务，主动、及时了解客户的需求和反馈信息
积极维护品牌形象
处理客户异议
店铺日常运营
监督并确保店铺日常库存盘点数据准确无误
正确执行店铺陈列及更换
店铺日常运营管理：包括货品管理与店铺清洁
严格遵守品牌各项运营的要求
确保柜台陈列，货品，销售报表，人员形象，培训及顾客维护工作的执行
培训相关
积极参与员工培训，包括产品知识、服务质量等，达到店经理所具备的综合素质要求
其他
及时传递公司的各项工作要求与内容给店铺人员
遵守公司的政策与相关规定
职位要求
具有化妆品销售5年以上经验
具有3年以上管理并领导团队完成的销售任务经验
良好的解决问题的能力
具有一定的奢侈品商业敏感度
容貌端庄，形象气质佳，五官端正
性格外向，能使用计算机并懂得运用excel、word，回复邮件等等
