Position

Job Purpose

Provide comprehensive support to the Head of Retail (HOR) in managing regional operations. The role focuses on tracking business performance, executing operational administrative duties, coordinating between HQ, Retail Excellence, and regional store teams, and driving the smooth execution of regional initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

50% Business & Operational Reporting

* Routine Regional Reporting: Manage and consolidate routine performance reports for the region, including weekly regional business summaries, store KPI tracking, competitor observations, and event performance.

* HQ Communication: Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports required by Central HQ and Retail Excellence teams.

* Weekly Regional Report: Draft, refine, and submit the regional Weekly Report for the HOR, highlighting key sales metrics, traffic trends, and store operational feedback.

* Planning & Target Support: Assist the HOR in cascading monthly sales targets to stores and consolidating competitor/market dynamics within the region to support regional business planning.


30% Administration & Event Support

* Travel & Market Visit Management: Arrange business travel itineraries for the HOR and prepare detailed Regional Market Visit Books ahead of store tours.

* Contract & Expense Management: Handle expense claims, reimbursement process for the HOR, vendor contracts, and budget tracking for regional activities.

* Regional Event Logistics: Plan and coordinate logistics for regional events, such as SMM, TMM and event arrangements.

* Executive Support: Consolidate required information and operational data from store teams to support the HOR in daily decision-making.


20% Cross-Functional & Store Coordination

* HQ & Retail Excellence Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between the HOR, HQ departments, and Retail Excellence to align on brand standards, training rollout, service guidelines, and innovative retail projects.

* Store Alignment: Facilitate communication between the HOR, Regional Function Managers, and Store Managers to ensure seamless execution of HQ directives and regional programs.

* Meeting Coordination: Organize weekly regional meetings, record minutes, and track actionable deliverables across store teams to ensure timely completion.
