Assistant Manager, Retail Planning

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities are included but not limited to

- To be responsible for strategic planning of store projects aligning with business strategy and well as progress monitoring including new/relooking/closing & any other store optimization project.

- To be accountable for big retail CAPAX/ OPEX related budget review, rolling forecast, landing and analysis including store capex, T&E, retail expense, store expense, etc.

- Assist/ lead mass strategic projects including project information, progress, and production for big retail team.

- In charge of store budget SOP such as investment standard, operation expense application process meanwhile proactively corporate with cross function (finance/Internal audit/legal etc.)

- Demonstrate the leadership of team on communication, tracking & reporting

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree, MBA and overseas background is preferred.

- At least 7 years’ work experience in related field.

- Familiar with Retail or Luxury industry.

- Strong experience in cross-functional communication and coordination work.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.

- Be skillful in written and speaking in English and Chinese.
