Position

Team Leadership & Development:

· Lead and motivate the team to drive sales, create a positive and friendly working environment, and promote cooperation within the team.

· Identify, recruit and develop talent, and work with store managers to implement a development plan.

· Work with HR, learning manager to conduct regular training (e.g., in-store learning) to enhance team members’ product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills.

· Manage staffing schedules, workload distribution, and performance evaluations.

Customer Relationship Management:

· Create a client-centric atmosphere in the store to ensure the highest level of client experience and proactively handle a variety of client related issues including resolving complaints, handling VIP clients, and maintaining service standards.

· Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through feedback analysis and service enhancements.

· Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and complex inquiries.

Business & Sales Management:

· Achieve sales targets and KPIs for the assigned category/product line.

· Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize performance.

· Implement action plans including merchandising, events, training and incentive plans to maximize business performance and product sales.

Store Operations:

· Ensure that policies, brand standards and guidelines are effectively communicated and implemented.

· Provide support to the operations team on inventory management.

· Lead in-store projects (e.g., promotions, events, system upgrades) and ensure timely execution.
