Retail Explorer零售探索者，是通往时装部零售精英管培生RET（Retail Excellence Trainee）项目的通道之一。


自2025年启动以来，已经为时装部和RET项目输送了一批优秀人才。作为 Retail Explorer，你将不再是行业的旁观者，而是探索者。

你将走进品牌店铺零售一线，从门店运营，产品讲解，店铺轮岗等，多维度感受精品零售的魅力，并实现个人的快速成长

顺利完成探索的Retail Explorer将受邀参与2027年年中的挑战日，并有机会正式成为RET！


共赴璀璨未来，我们寻觅这样的零售探索者：

本科及以上学历的2027届应届毕业生

一周可出勤3天以上，可稳定参与3-4个月的探索之旅

具备基础英文口语沟通能力

对时尚和精品零售行业充满热情
