Senior Manager, Loss Prevention

Job Summary:

•Regularly assess the effectiveness of Store operations processes to propose & implement continuous improvements measure in coordination with Internal Control department.

•Protect company assets and maintain or improve store profitability by developing and implementing security programs, operational processes and robust cash management and inventory procedures. 

•Be a strong business partner to the management and operational departments, in particular with Internal Control.

Responsibilities: 

1.Loss Prevention:

•Develop and implement comprehensive loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage across all stores.

•Define cash value, inventory and security management process and procedures.

•Monitor and analyze loss prevention metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.

•Provide regular reports to senior management on loss prevention performance and initiatives.

•Conduct internal investigations into incidents.

•Monitor security systems regularly to ensure their effectiveness and address any issues.

2.Employee Training and Awareness:

•Develop and deliver loss prevention training programs for employees to increase awareness and promote a culture of security.

•Communicate loss prevention policies and procedures to employees and ensure their compliance.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Auditing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in retail audit, operations, or loss prevention.
• Demonstrated success in leading audit or loss prevention teams across multiple locations.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Expertise in data analytics and retail audit software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel.
