POSITION: (SENIOR) HR MANAGER

As a member of human resources team, you will join a team with passion on our people. You will face business team to lead talent acquisition efforts and drive HR initiatives. With the growth mindset, proactive attitude and exceptional communication skills, you would develop HR expertise in both execution and strategic business partnering.

YOUR IMPACT

HR Business Partnering

· Act as a strategic partner to Corporate Function heads, providing expert advice on organizational design, talent management, and employee relations.

· Collaborate with business leaders to identify HR needs and develop tailored solutions that drive business performance and operational efficiency.

· Facilitate effective communication between CELINE, Fashion Group and Global HR.

Talent Management & Culture Building

· Lead talent acquisition efforts for corporate roles, ensuring the attraction and selection of top-tier professionals who align with the Celine culture.

· Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and calibration sessions.

· Identify high-potential employees, implement succession planning, design and initiate talent development programs for GC to build a robust talent pipeline.

· Demonstrate CELINE culture and equip the people leaders with leadership behaviors.

Employee Relations & Engagement

· Design and implement engagement initiatives to foster a sense of belonging, inclusivity, and motivation among corporate staff.

· Conduct regular stay interviews and pulse surveys to gauge employee sentiment and proactively address concerns.

· Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies while maintaining a positive work environment.

Total Rewards & Compliance

· Participate in salary review processes and market benchmarking exercises to maintain Celine’s position as an employer of choice.

· Ensure all HR processes and documentation comply with local legal requirements and global HR standards.

· Streamline HR operational workflows to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

KEYS FOR SUCCESS

EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8–10 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, with at least 3–5 years supporting corporate functions in the luxury, fashion, retail or FMCG industry.
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end HR processes and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

COMPETENCIES:

• Deep knowledge of Chinese labor laws and regulations.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high level of integrity.
