HR Controller

Position

HR Controller has to be the person in charge of staff costs forecasting and checking payroll accuracy (for sell-out team), help brands to optimize the Sell-out headcount as well as cost optimization with regular analysis and follow up.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

• Support company Budget/Review 1/Review 2 Process for Sellout team based on brand BC scheme and Door opening/closing plan
• Check source data for BC payroll & payroll report to ensure the accurate calculation for all P&C brand; Prepare monthly payroll movement analysis report.
• Regularly prepare and submit Corporate monthly Cost & HC report, and Annual Social Report
• Simulate BC people cost to prove the effectiveness of the new salary scheme, and monitor the cost impact
• Support the smooth running of Company BI system, ensure the data in the system or generated from the system is accurate and consistent. ( ie, HC, people cost, sell-out, productivity)

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Accounting major
