AP Supervisor

Position

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES：

- Review AP team's work and ensure quality and efficiency

- Check PO and Non-PO of Opex/Capex with supporting documents and ensure compliance with procurement policy

- Check T&E payment and ensure compliance with T&E policy

- Check payment in internal online banking system

- Post some AP related vouchers and accrual

- Monthly report: T&E, AP aging, Cash flow, Balance reconciliation

- Track outstanding input VAT invoices on monthly basis

- Payment system maintenance and configuration update

- Lead in AP RPA projects

- Assist in annual statutory audit

- Other ad hoc

- Bachelor degree

- Above 10 years experience in the area of AP Accounting

- Experience in Retail Industry will be advantageous

- Hands on knowledge in IFRS and PRC accounting and taxation system

- Knowledge in Hongkong/Macau/Taiwan accounting and taxation would be advantageous

- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance

- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

- Experience with SAP or SAP 4 HANA accounting system would be an advantage

- Good PC skills - Microsoft applications including advance Excel skills
