AR Accountant

Position

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES：

- Ensure the reconciliation of accurate and timely account receivable for each store(freestanding/consignment);

- Post and analyse the accounts related with AR;

- Review all customers aging report and push the customer to pay back on time;

- Handle AR related bank transactions and wechat/alipay solution;

- Store cash pick up management;

- Check the rental statement and apply for payment in time;

- Vendor creation and modification;

- Monthly sales group report;

- Assist in annual sales audit and statutory audit;

- Other ad hoc

- Above 3 years experience in the area of AR Accounting

- Experience in Retail Industry and HKMOTW market will be advantageous

- Hands on knowledge in IFRS and HKMOTW accounting and taxation system

- Bachelor degree

- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance

- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

- Experience with SAP or SAP 4 HANA accounting system would be an advantage

- Good PC skills - Microsoft applications including advance Excel skills
