Position
Support the development of ZENITH sales in Japan by contributing to both wholesale account execution and sales performance initiatives across retail and wholesale, while ensuring disciplined operations, KPI follow-up, and alignment with brand strategy.
Job responsibilities
Sales (Wholesale & Retail) Performance Support
- Support the Sales Performance Manager in fostering a KPI-based business culture across boutiques and sales channels through regular tracking and performance follow-up.
- Prepare and maintain sales dashboards, performance reports, and ad hoc analyses covering both retail and wholesale performance.
- Assist in improving store-front and back-office operational processes and tools in line with HQ guidelines and local business needs.
- Maintain store visibility, display materials, POS tools, and commercial support items to ensure alignment with brand image.
- Support cross-functional projects involving Sales, Marketing, Retail, and HQ stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Consolidate field feedback from boutiques and wholesale partners to support continuous improvement of sales tools, processes, and client experience.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience in sales (retail and/or wholesale), retail operations, trade marketing – VM, sales promotion or sales analysis.
- Experience in luxury, fashion, watches, Jewelry, or a premium retail environment is preferred.
