After a first stop in Turin, Italy, the LVMH Métiers d’Excellence “You & ME” tour concludes its journey in Naples

Building on a successful French edition with over 7,000 visitors in France, across Paris, Clichy-sous-Bois, and Lyon LVMH continues its “You & ME” Métiers d’Excellence career fair in Italy to present its Maisons’ unique professions in Creation, Craftsmanship and Client Experience and inspire new vocations.

Two major events in Turin and Naples in March, under the patronage of the Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy.

 This Wednesday, March 18 2026, 1,359 visitors discovered the LVMH Métiers d’Excellence in Turin at the Nuvola Lavazza, for the first date of the Italian 2026 You & ME tour.

Participants had the opportunity to: 

  • Immerse themselves in the world of LVMH discover the Maisons and their iconic products, representative of all the Group's business sectors.
  • Explore unparalleled Savoir-Faire thanks to the presence of the Group’s Maisons that presented various métiers in Creation, Craftsmanship, and Client Experience.
  • Identify concrete training paths, notably through the Institut des Métiers d'Excellence and six of their partner schools. Two of them gave the opportunity to the visitors to deep dive into their own métier with a manual workshop.
  • Develop their professional project with the help of various presentations from the Maisons and partners in the coaching area, where people can discover the different professions that are indispensable to each sector, such as: textile and knitwear, jewelry, leather goods, hospitality and retail.

This Thursday, March 26 2026, 1,642 visitors discovered the LVMH Métiers d’Excellence in Naples at the Museo di Pietrarsa, for the second date of the Italian 2026 You & ME tour, under the patronage of the Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy.

 

Visitors were able to explore dedicated areas to :

  • Enter the world of LVMH through an immersion into the heart of the Maisons and their iconic products, representative of all the Group's business sectors ;
  • Discover the Savoir-Faire thanks to the presence of many Group’s Maisons that will present various professions in Creation, Craftsmanship, and Client Experience ;
  • Identify suitable training paths, notably through the Institut des Métiers d'Excellence and its partner schools : Dior Academy, Ca’Foscari, Accademia Massoli, Certottica, Polimoda and Accademia Loro Piana. Two of them gave visitors the chance to try their hand at these trades through hands-on workshops ;
  • Build their professional project thanks to various presentations from the HR Maisons and partners in the support area, where participants had the opportunity to learn about the various essential professions in each sector, such as : textiles and knitwear, jewelry, leather goods, hospitality, and footwear.
