Cheval Blanc Paris is honored to receive 2 stars from the MICHELIN Guide for its Japanese restaurant Hakuba.
Opened in March 2024, Hakuba was born from the shared vision of Chefs Arnaud Donckele, Takuya Watanabe and Maxime Frédéric. The Japanese restaurant offers a gastronomic initiation conceived as a journey, where traditions of the Land of the Rising Sun meet the treasures of the Atlantic and French coasts through the art of kaiseki-sushi cuisine.
“Hakuba represents all the passion I have invested in discovering Japanese culinary art, which marks a new chapter in my quest for creativity. This success is also shared by my teams at Plénitude, who have joined me in this adventure with kindness and trust. I also sincerely thank Olivier Lefebvre, CEO of LVMH Hotel Management, and Wilfried Morandini, General Manager of Cheval Blanc Paris, who support me in our projects,” comments Chef Arnaud Donckele.
These 2 stars salute the excellence of Cheval Blanc Paris, joining Plénitude, which has had 3 stars since 2022, and Tout-Paris, with one star since 2024, both led by Chef Arnaud Donckele.
