Since 2017, the Group’s DARE program has been encouraging all the talents from its 75+ Maisons across the globe to unleash their inner entrepreneur by pitching their boldest idea for boosting the future of luxury, for a chance to have them incubated, nurtured by LVMH experts, and become reality.

Daring with Impact: Flavor Films x Senses of Hennessy
Bright ideas can come from anywhere! A case in point being Gauthier Pigasse – Head of CSR & Innovative Business Transformation @ LVMH Beauty Tech – who took inspiration from Patrick Süskind’s book “Perfume” to create his own sensorial masterpiece, Flavor Films. He explains how thanks to LVMH’s Intrapreneurial DARE program he connected with Laura Drozdowski Lot - Global Head of Marketing & Digital for Moët Hennessy Global Travel Retail – and helped enhance the groundbreaking Senses of Hennessy project, which immerses spirit lovers in their favorite tipple like never before.

Daring with Impact: IRIS x Loro Piana
Loro Piana’s dynamic duo – Simone Pelligrini (Leather Goods Production Manager) and Andrea Starnone (Advanced Quality Project Engineer)– talk about how an LVMH DARE competition helped spark their brilliant idea for IRIS the world’s first AI color-catcher. A solution relying on a multispectral camera, that after much experimentation is proving a real gamechanger for the business (as it means that specialized operators can easily and efficiently distinguish the right shade of fabrics with zero waste of material or time), in addition to having a positive impact on their LVMH careers.

FSA Badge x Sephora
Don’t know what an FSA is? Not to worry: Callie Threadgill – Senior Manager for Digital Client Experience has got you covered. In fact, thanks to the LVMH DARE Program she’s created a whole awareness campaign to educate US customers on what their FSA dollars are how they can make the most of them at Sephora. A project that’s not only proven a winner for customers and the business, but for Callie as well, as it’s turbo-charged her confidence as well as her LVMH career.
