Fred Celebrates 90 Years with the Final Chapter of the Monsieur Fred High Jewelry Trilogy

To mark its 90th anniversary, Fred unveils Golden Light, the third and final chapter of the Monsieur Fred High Jewelry collection inspired by the life and vision of founder Fred Samuel. Through fifteen exceptional creations, the Maison pays tribute to the theme that has always defined its identity: light. Inspired by the landscapes of the French Riviera and the Soleil d'Or, Fred's legendary yellow diamond, the collection captures the warmth, brilliance and colors that shaped the founder's creative world.

Following Inner Light, dedicated to Fred Samuel's legacy, and Ideal Light, inspired by his childhood in Argentina, Golden Light traces the changing light of the Mediterranean, from the first glow of dawn to the golden hour. Across five High Jewelry sets, tanzanites, tourmalines, opals, emeralds, yellow sapphires and diamonds evoke shimmering seascapes, the rare green flash at sunrise, the crystal-clear waters of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and the blooming mimosa trees of Grasse. The collection also highlights signatures of the Maison, including transformable jewelry and exceptional gemstone compositions.

At the heart of the collection is the Soleil d'Or, the remarkable yellow diamond of more than 100 carats acquired by Fred in 1977. Preserved as one of the Maison's most treasured gems, it is featured for the first time in a High Jewelry creation: a transformable necklace with a detachable brooch designed to showcase the historic stone. A second interpretation, set with a Fancy Intense Yellow diamond of more than 11 carats, offers another way to wear the design while preserving the Soleil d'Or itself.

With Golden Light, Fred brings the Monsieur Fred trilogy to a close while celebrating one of the symbols that has defined the Maison for nearly ninety years. More than a conclusion, the collection opens a new chapter for the Soleil d'Or, reaffirming the central role that light continues to play in Fred's creative vision.
