Loro Piana celebrates its deep and long-standing ties with New York City at iconic luxury retailer Bergdorf Goodman from October 17 to November 3.
An exceptional installation in the store is accompanied by exclusive products and a personalization service.
At the heart of the mythic 5th Avenue, the windows of both the women’s and men’s stores are transformed into a poetic tribute to the Italian Maison’s codes. Fusing creativity, craft and an Art Deco spirit, the scenes showcase nearly a century of textile excellence, from extraordinary raw materials to exquisitely refined creations.
The experience includes a spectacular light installation each evening that retraces the journey of cashmere fiber from Mongolia to New York via the House’s factory in Quarona, its birthplace.
To mark the event, Loro Piana also unveils an exclusive capsule collection for Bergdorf Goodman where discreet elegance and absolute comfort come together in creations crafted from precious materials in signature hues.
Visitors can also take advantage of a personalization service for two iconic Loro Piana products, the Grande Unita scarf and the Unito blanket, customized onsite by the Maison’s artisans.
Present in New York since 1989, Loro Piana has long enjoyed a close and inspiring relationship with New York City, opening its debut concept store there in 1994. This new installation is a captivating tribute to this ongoing dialogue between Italian savoir-faire and New York’s renowned creative energy.
