This October, LVMH celebrated the Institut des Métiers d’Excellence’s class of 2026 at La Nuit des Lauréats. The event honored apprentices who had earned their diplomas as well as the “Brevet d’Excellence, and also highlighted the vital role of passing on expertise across the Group’s Creative, Craft and Client Experience professions.
Held this year at the Jardin d’Acclimatation, in the presence of Maud Alvarez-Pereyre, the Group’s Chief Human Resources Officer, who underscored the importance of passing on savoir-faire, the event took the form of a true graduation ceremony. Following the ceremony dedicated to celebrating the graduates at the Théâtre Rouge, where each class took to the stage to share a powerful moment of their year, the celebrations continued throughout the Jardin, where the graduates enjoyed activities organized as part of LVMH’s Journées Particulières.
The evening celebrated the commitment and achievements of these young talents, trained within the Group’s Maisons and partner schools. This landmark occasion reflects LVMH’s ambition to preserve and pass on exceptional skills, inspire new vocations and support the generations who will shape the future of luxury.
These two emblematic occasions reflect the same commitment: to shine a spotlight on the women and men who, at every stage of their journey, embody and perpetuate the excellence of LVMH’s savoir-faire.
