From October 15 to 25, 2026, the Table Ruinart returns to Cheval Blanc Paris for its second edition, this time drawing inspiration from the Champagne vineyards. Created with chef Arnaud Donckele, the experience brings the Maison’s wines and their terroir to the table, with a specially designed menu, champagne pairings and a setting inspired by the landscapes of Champagne.

The decor takes its cues from Ruinart’s vineyard in Taissy and the gardens of its historic address in Reims. Chardonnay, the grape variety most closely associated with the Maison, is a recurring theme, reflected both in the setting and in the pairings, which have been designed to bring out the character of each cuvée.

For the occasion, Arnaud Donckele, who oversees the three-Michelin-starred restaurants at Cheval Blanc Paris and Cheval Blanc St-Tropez, has created a seven-course menu to accompany seven Ruinart cuvées. Sauces are a hallmark of his cooking, bringing depth and balance to a dish while drawing out the flavors of its ingredients. They also play a key role in the pairings, helping each dish find its balance with the champagne.

The experience also includes masterclasses devoted to chardonnay and vintage champagnes. Led by a Ruinart ambassador, each session combines a tasting of three champagnes with bites created by the chef. Together, they offer a deeper exploration of Ruinart’s signature grape and the nuances that distinguish its vintages.
