Véronique Courtois joined the LVMH Group in 2000. She held various positions, notably in marketing functions in France and internationally, before becoming Marketing Director at Guerlain in 2007.She then joined Maison Christian Dior Couture in 2010 as Marketing Director, before being named Brand General Director of Parfums Christian Dior in 2012.In 2019, she became President and Chief Executive Officer of Guerlain before being promoted, in 2023, to President and Chief Executive Officer of Parfums Christian Dior.Since February 2026, Véronique Courtois has been a member of the LVMH Executive Committee.
