Appointments at Louis Vuitton, Loro Piana & Christian Dior Couture
LVMH is delighted to announce the following internal mobilities and appointments within Louis Vuitton, Loro Piana and Christian Dior Couture.
Damien Bertrand is appointed Deputy CEO of Louis Vuitton as of June 10th, 2025 and will become a member of the LVMH Executive Committee in January 2026. Damien will report to Pietro Beccari, Chairman and CEO of Louis Vuitton.
Damien Bertrand was appointed CEO of Loro Piana in 2021 where he successfully developed and implemented a sharp strategic vision for the Italian Maison, focused on brand elevation, obsession for quality and savoir-faire to position Loro Piana as the “Master of Fibres”. Under his tenure, Loro Piana reconnected with its entrepreneurial DNA to introduce unique new fabrics, develop a fast-growing leather goods business and modernize its image. He established a strong management team and transformed the organization to accelerate this ambition, while maintaining the unwavering commitment to excellence of the Maison.
In his new role, alongside Pietro Beccari, Damien will capitalize on his extensive industry experience and exercise his leadership skills on a larger scale to continue the exceptional success of Louis Vuitton. He will oversee the following activities: Product Creation & Development, Brand Image & Communication as well as Industrial.
Frédéric Arnault is appointed CEO of Loro Piana as of June 10th, 2025. Frédéric will join Loro Piana as of March 26th for a period of transition with Damien Bertrand. He will report to Toni Belloni, Chairman LVMH Italy.
Frédéric Arnault is currently CEO of LVMH Watches, in charge of Hublot, TAG Heuer and Zenith. After successfully driving the transformation of TAG Heuer, where he spent 6 years, initially focusing on product and marketing until his appointment as CEO in 2020, Frédéric has been leading the Watch Maisons for the last year including the acquisition of l’Epée 1839. His purposeful vision for the watchmaking industry anchored in quality and savoir-faire have proven to be strategic assets for the group. He also played a key role in developing the global partnership between LVMH and Formula 1.
In his new role, Frédéric will build on his passion for exceptional quality and his leadership skills to pursue Loro Piana to the highest level of excellence, while ensuring the Maison stays true to its unique savoir-faire.

Pierre-Emmanuel Angeloglou is appointed Deputy CEO of Christian Dior Couture as of April 15th, 2025. Pierre-Emmanuel will report to Delphine Arnault, Chairman and CEO of Christian Dior Couture.
Pierre-Emmanuel joined Louis Vuitton in 2019, taking on increasing responsibilities for Menswear products, Women's Accessories, Digital Innovation, Visual Merchandising and Communications, working hand in hand with iconic Creative Directors. He was named Executive Vice President, Strategic Missions in 2022. Since 2024, Pierre-Emmanuel has led a portfolio of brands within the Fashion Group Division and was overseeing directly Fendi. Since Pierre-Emmanuel joined the Group, he has shown passion for the fashion industry, dedication to quality and ability to attract and develop strong talents. In his new role, he will oversee Commercial activities, Industrial, Finance, and Legal, alongside Delphine Arnault with whom he has already successfully collaborated.
His capacity to articulate a compelling vision, coupled with the empowerment of the teams, will be key assets for Christian Dior Couture’s development and desirability.
The new CEO of Fendi will be announced shortly.

Damien Bertrand began his career at L'Oréal where he spent 18 years. He was notably President of the Maybelline New York Brand and Managing Director of the English and Brazilian subsidiaries. He joined Christian Dior Couture in 2016 and for 5 years was the Managing Director in charge of the Women's, then Men's and Baby's Business Units. Since 2021, Damien was CEO of Loro Piana. Damien is a graduate of HEC Paris.
Frédéric Arnault started his professional career at consulting firm McKinsey, before moving on to Facebook Artificial Intelligence Research department. He joined TAG Heuer in 2017, first to manage its smartwatch activities, then being appointed Chief Strategy and Digital Officer in October 2018 and becoming CEO in July 2020. In this role, managing over 2000 people, he engaged the company into a complete transformation plan around one objective: brand elevation and desirability. For the last year, Frédéric has held the responsibility of CEO for LVMH Watches. He graduated from École Polytechnique (X2014) in France.
Pierre-Emmanuel Angeloglou has pursued an international career with L’Oréal, serving as General Manager of the Consumer Products Division in Portugal, Brazil, and China for North Asia, before being appointed Global Brand President of L’Oréal Paris. In 2019, he joined Louis Vuitton as Strategic Missions Director for Fashion and Leather Goods, before being named Executive Vice President, Strategic Missions in 2022. Since 2024, he has been Managing Director of the Fashion Group and CEO of Fendi. He is a graduate of HEC Paris and CEMS.
