As our HR Administration Intern, your main responsibilities will be to ensure the highest level of support to the HR team with administration.
- Act in a supportive manner at all times to the HR team.
- Maintain the organization chart – keeping all data accurate and up to date.
- Manage and post job roles using UK Job Boards.
- Assist with document production including letters, contracts and other HR documentation and filing.
- Complete day to day HR Administration duties.
- Aad hoc HR projects.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Work well in a team as well as autonomous
- Ability to take on responsibility
- Attentive to details
- Advance Level in MS Office
- Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week)
- Must be available for at least 6 months.
