We are currently offering a great opportunity for an individual to join our marketing team and gain exposure into all key aspects within the marketing function for the UK. Working for an iconic brand and alongside talented individuals, you will support the execution of the brand marketing plan on all key projects including sponsorships, events, visual merchandising, PR, media, and retailer activations, in accordance with brand marketing guidelines.

As a committed and dedicated member of the team, you will proactively support with key elements such as coordination, administration, communication and reporting; representing the brand professionally with all key partners and stakeholders in the UK. The role will provide an invaluable  learning opportunity and we believe this will be a truly enriching experience working for an exceptional brand. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Marketing Team on all key projects, sponsorships and events
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager for the development of omni-channel media campaigns
  • Booking artworks for advertisements on the dedicated Hublot platform
  • Coordinating football ticketing with the support of an agency
  • Implementing customer and press events, ensuring perfect information supply and budget adherence
  • Providing sales and other teams with all appropriate marketing information
  • Creating documents on InDesign such as invitations following templates
  • Raising purchase orders and recording all invoices against budgets
  • Coordinating Manufacture visits for clients and press
  • Keeping all files up to date
  • Producing brand reports



  • Graduate level qualification
  • Willing to learn, humble and able to take direction
  • Experience of working in a luxury environment with some marketing/PR exposure
  • Ability to use various computer systems and comfortable with digital tools such as the Office Suite, InDesign, Photoshop and ideally SAP
  • Organized, conscientious, proactive, meticulous and able to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Able to be autonomous, work flexibly, handle change and to work as part of a team
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Self-motivated, able to effectively prioritise and plan workload to strict deadline
  • Interest in luxury watches
  • Interest in sport and knowledge of the English Premier League
