As the Retail Excellence Director, you will play a key role in defining and implementing strategies to drive exceptional performance across our Korea retail network. Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global retail excellence initiatives to enhance the customer experience and drive sales performance.
- Define and communicate retail KPIs, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and excellence across all Louis Vuitton stores.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and audits of retail operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with retail learning & development function to enhance the capabilities of retail teams, ensuring a high level of product knowledge and service standards.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the retail environment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, communication, and operations, to drive integrated retail strategies and initiatives.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Collaborate with regional retail teams to align on strategic priorities and drive operational excellence in all markets.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in retail operations and management, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of luxury retail industry trends and best practices.
- Proven track record of driving retail excellence and achieving business results in Korea.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
