Position

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Executive or Manager who Drive POSM, structure, processes and knowledge distribution within the German market:

  • The Marketing Operations Executive/Manager will lead all aspects of POSM and VAPs procedures within the organization across the Moet Hennessy portfolio and thrive for long-term cross- country solutions and synergies. Act as SAP champion within the team.
  • In relation with Sales, Marketing teams and the support of external agencies further push excellence in execution within the company. Increase consistency as well as timely flow of information for long term business success. Build an agency database across all specialties together with the purchasing department.
  • Permanently optimize the processes and systems within the AGS marketing universe as well as develop portfolio templates to best cater the needs of the teams to improve structure.

Main Responsibilities:

POSM Management

  • Responsible for flawless executions of all Event POSM
    • Tracking, reporting & quality control. Planning and execution of updates and repairs
    • Mobile Bar Management – calendar, logistics, repairs, new concept & costs – one agency
    • Relationship management with agency
    • Work with purchasing to identify key projects to drive and improve conditions
    • Management of glass trays and POSM inventory, POSM ex-change.
  • POSM management
    • Order, accrediting in SAP, invoicing, blocking and retour management
    • Annual orders (Prepare template & Catalogue)
    • Preparation for all annual & monthly POSM orders – including order recommendations and cost management
    • POSM order system/app supervision as well as POSM logistic management with Maison and local stakeholders
    • Oversee POSM orders and usage, including regular reviews of inventory – build recommendation & automation system for the brands
    • Excess & Obsolescence redistribution & management
    • Local POSM creation, briefing of agencies, need analysis, idea development – proposal to BMs
  • SAP Data management – Set-up of POSM (local production/POSM extension for maison), local language text & rights
  • Set-up of cross-country Event POSM System including management of respective agencies: Order, approval process, stocking (one Wearhouse/one stock)

VAP Management

  • Annual orders (Prepare template & Catalogue) - manage recommendations to further elevate our VAP offer
  • SAP data management

 

Knowledge Management

  • Manage Sharepoint knowledge management system and platform
  • Elevate key templates (reporting, product information, promotion overview, POSM information etc.)
  • Drive accessible calendar construction and ongoing management
  • Set-up of portfolio budget projects and handle the invoicing  
  • Creation of universal product, brand, concept and activation information/materials

 

Build a pool of key suppliers to deliver projects

  • Build a network of agencies, Designers, Suppliers to be able to execute projects
  • Brief them on MH standards of execution
  • Negotiation of rates & exclusivity
  • IP rights negotiation & handling
  • AGS agency pool: Identification, rates etc (yearly update)
  • Pitch document framework, process management

Other responsibilities

  • Analyze ongoing processes within the Marketing department, develop active improvement ideas as well as streamlining communication channels as well as collaboration structures

Profile

Education & Qualifications

  • Degree level education or equivalent experience in business administration / logistics
  • First experience in Logistics or a Brand/Trade Marketing role within the German market region

Key Skills & Knowledge

  • German required, Fluent in English, French a plus
  • Min 3 years experience in SAP logistics/order taking processes
  • Analytical thinking paired with advanced computer skills – spec. MS Office
  • Affinity for design & business thinking as well as basic knowledge of PhotoShop
  • Strong understanding of MH brands, wines & spirits industry and luxury universe
  • Strong skills in Organization, time and project management
  • Ability to set priorities as well as guidance and timing for the teams
  • Agency and supplier Management
