Position

Mission:  

      

Support of a Brand Manager marketing with scope on multi-brand administrational, organizational and operational tasks

Organize marketing relevant documentation and processes

To assist, develop and implement plans that ensure the development of the brands in the ON and OFF premise channel

Responsibilities: 

Marketing and Events

  • Entry of media and multi-brand PO’s and invoice follow-up (SAP knowledge)
  • Update and communication of product visuals and sales documents and folders
  • Update of VAP lists
  • Update of POS material list
  • Support in the preparation and execution of brand events (portfolio events, brand owned events as well as partner events)
  • Trend Analysis, identification of most relevant trends and consolidating in powerpoint presentations

 

PR Events

  • Order material for PR events
  • Support the Brand Manager and external PR manager with organisational tasks during the events
  • Update VIP listing file
  • In charge of punctual activities   

     


Profile

Professional experience & know how:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Event organisation & project management experience a plus
  • IT abilities required: good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint); SAP proficiency a plus
  • Good analytical, planning and deadlines monitoring skills;
  • Problem solving, precision, attention to the details, team working attitude and flexibility;

Languages

  • Fluent in English / French / German (both spoken & written)

  • Strong passion for the luxury world.
