Position

  • Manage the Sephora account for the House of Parfums Christian Dior across the total portfolio of makeup, fragrance and skincare.
  • Manage the 360 OMNI planning in partnership with Sephora and NYO, including digital and in-store visual opportunities for both permanent gondola/wall fixturing and temporary, sell-in sales, .com, media and social strategy, sampling and loyalty/CRM initiatives.
  • Advocate for Dior brand positioning and point of difference.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Grow Sephora businesses in alignment with shared performance goals, remaining competitive with top ranking brands within relevant categories.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationship with Sephora teams.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to build new go-to-market strategies and the 360 support elements to maximize launch and brand potential tailored to Sephora.
  • Support loyalty and recruitment strategy that maximizes specialty account levers while maintaining Dior brand DNA and image at the heart of all activation
  • Partner with Sephora to identify key market trends and Sephora focus categories to drive “in the kitchen” product development and best in class digital strategy.
  • Ensure strong 360 planning, in partnership with Sephora and Dior e-retail/media leads to maximize e-retail potential across all touch points for leadership including media, social, digital campaigns, p page and site content, CRM and multi-platforms (app, social, site) with optimized investment strategy.
  • Support loyalty and recruitment strategy that maximizes Sephora levers while maintaining Dior brand DNA and image at the heart of all activation
  • Partner with Education & Events Director to align on strategy and planning to support core and new launches. Bring the Dior high touch service, storytelling and luxury brand experience to the next level in store for Clients and Beauty Advisors.
  • Partner with Dior planner to communicate detailed plans and ensure inventory support and sell through strategies.  Identify risks and opportunities to plan.
  • Develop and maintain detailed side-by-side seasonal Omni calendar
  • Partner with planner, visual merchandising team, marketing and Sephora to ensure instore visual merchandising deliverables including design, planograms, timelines, (endcaps/towers/gondola) and inventory planning and support.
  • Partner with VM team, marketing and planning to brief and execute merchandising updates and opportunities.
  • Ensure ongoing communication and support for field team including monthly calls.
  • Reporting & analysis: Weekly sales reporting and communication, identify opportunities and amplify successes, manage detailed omni side by side, track Sephora rankings, launch tracking and EOY reporting.
  • Responsible for Omni Promotional Budget planning and tracking.
