LVMH-PCIS (Perfumes & Cosmetics Information Services) shared IT System Department, manages all the Information Systems of the Beauty Division’s Maisons of the LVMH group (Parfums Christian Dior, Givenchy, Guerlain, Kenzo, Make Up Forever, Acqua Di Parma, Loewe, Benefit, Fresh, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Fenty, Kate von D, Bite & Olehenriksen, Officine Universelle Buly)


Reporting to the Head of IT, your role as Business Application Manager is to optimize the business value delivered by projects and solutions, while promoting synergies & IT strategy of the Beauty Division, by addressing the specificities and priorities of your scope.

The successful candidate will need to be able to manage back-office applications which represents the main backbone systems/foundations of the Global IT Architecture for all the P&C Brands.

The candidate will be responsible for the application maintenance managing when needed external system integrators experts until resolution and change requests implementations.

The candidate will be responsible on back-office applications and their interactions/interfaces between them and the Front-Office solutions. Furthermore, he/she will work on current processes/procedures/performance review to increase systems efficiency, responsiveness, and data fluidity.

Applications under his/her responsibility mainly are:

  • ERPs (SAP, AX)
  • BI Reporting Tools (Power BI)
  • EDI Flows
  • Sales order tools (local product catalogue, staff sales, B2B sales)
  • Planning & Consolidation Tools
  • Accounting and Financial Tools (Payment and Invoice approval WF tools)
  • Travel and Expenses tool
  • Logistics and integration with warehouse management system
  • Interfaces between platforms in the LVMH P&C Architecture and External Platforms (e.g. ERP…)


Strengthen the partnership with your internal customers:

  • Be the point of contact for PCIS and be its representative on your perimeter
  • Ensure the right IT investments for your perimeter
  • Quantify and track business performance data
  • Monitor projects & services and report on their progress
  • Bring added value in innovation by being proactive and using creativity
  • Understand complaints and pressure points on projects and services and suggest alternatives
  • Develop Monitoring Dashboard for Applications usage
  • Ensure high quality service and performance monitoring through monthly governance with your pairs

Promote the services offered by PCIS:

  • Promote and offer relevant services within your perimeter, based on the PCIS service catalog
  • Help the Maisons to understand the added value of all these services
  • Collect needs and expectations to ensure the catalog’s relevance and its enrichment
  • Contribute to create synergies between Brands, ensure the alignment of stakeholders, anticipate their needs, avoid out-of-process initiatives, and finally create maximum value based on the reuse of skills and experience.



  • 3 years’ technical experience on back-office solutions maintenance, new Change Request implementations and Business users Support.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, takes initiatives, analytic capacity, capacity to solve issues with minimum of support, problem solver. The experience in project management is a plus
  • You have a sense of business, are results-oriented and can create sustainable shareholder relationship 
  • You will work closely with Business teams. Business departments most impacted are Finance, Accounting, Operations, Sales
