You will assist the Boutique Manager in his mission of managing store sales, operations, animation, and staff management:



Optimize sales & reach the targets, in line with the objectives (product mix, focus per collection etc)

Monitor & analyze the sales, follow-up on merchandise needs

Report key performance elements on daily, weekly, monthly basis

Implement 360° action plans to increase the turnover, follow up & impact measure




Animation of the objectives with the Team

Implement routines for both life of the boutique & selling ceremony

Develop the Team’s talents to ensure a perfect adequation with the brand & the excellence of service required

Overview the grooming of the team



Ensure the perfect maintenance of the boutique & the excellence of service (windows, displays, cleaning, welcoming, sales)

Guarantee the good organization of the daily life in the boutique (communication tools with the team, performance follow-up, plannings)

Manage the stock (inventory, storage)

Ensure the boutique operations are respecting the central guidelines & standards




Recruit, retain & upgrade your local clientele while taking full advantage of the tourists flow

Develop the client data base with a maximum of information & animate it to create unique experiences for the clients

Manage the key CRM KPI’s as a daily priority with your team




Be a brand ambassador at local level

Connect with local people of influence, inside & outside the boutique

Promote the brand locally through dedicated initiatives

Be pro-active to organize in-door, out-door & digital events for your audience (suggest ideas, develop the concept with Marketing Manager, implement, attend, follow-up the events)


Minimum experience of 3-5 years in management of a luxury or premium boutique (an experience in Watches industry is a plus)

Driven by performance & results oriented, always showing pro-activity to deliver excellence

Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

Efficient in analysis & reporting

Leadership, Team spirit & Commitment are key

Good understanding of the region of Stockholm & Luxury industry in Sweden.

Fluent in Swedish & English
