The work you do will impact beauty, as you partner with luxury brands to bring in-demand products to our clients—sometimes even before they know they want them.

- Review proofs regularly to ensure accuracy and quality
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Analyze weekly and monthly sales trends and brand/product performance
- Manage brand assortments, ensuring timely updates for the brand portfolio
- Support the Merchant in creating and executing brand and product strategies
- Handle vendor negotiations for testers, damages, Return to Vendor (RTV), and samples
- Help source and identify new business opportunities to optimize category growth
- Review and approve in-store brand visual elements, manage planograms for multi-branded spaces like the Scouted Wall and Favourites Endcaps, and provide visual merchandising recommendations to drive sales and productivity
- Support the Merchant in developing robust 360-degree launch strategies for key brands and products to secure exclusives and drive category sales growth
- Own SKU creation and maintenance, Invoice Review Queue, and the markdown chargeback process
- Partner with the Planning team to manage inventory and sales forecasting, collaborating with DotCa and Sephora US
- Collect and organize comps from vendors for gratis and social requests
- Provide support to field teams with category-related issues via our Hotline Online tool
- Maintain department records and assist with general administration, brand meeting agendas, market prep, reporting and analysis, coop, T&D, sample procurement and management, and brand activation calendar creation and maintenance
What You’ll Bring:
- You've been an assistant buyer/merchandiser/planner for a major retailer for about 2-3 years
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in retail management or a related field
- You love product (beauty is your jam!), understand consumer trends and behaviour, and inspire fearlessness in everything that you do
- You're curious, a go-getter, take ownership and responsibility for your work
- You love tackling problems and using your analytical skills to find solutions
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and relish in working collaboratively with cross-functional groups
